We all know the sommelier who poses as the “wine dictator” in top restaurants. But let’s keep our feet on the ground: it is “only” grape juice fermented with love, passion and hard work, created to delight our taste buds and give us great joy. Everyone should be able to enjoy wine as they please without being dictated to. The personal feeling and the active experimentation of your guests are decisive for the success of your events. And this only works without elitist bluster.
Wine and CULTURE have always been closely linked: Egypt, Persia, Greece, Rome… Goethe. From the nectar of the gods, through the chalice of the first elites, to becoming a key element of our current gastronomic culture.
