THE BORDEAUX CONVENTION BUREAU IN VIRTUAL TASTING

Do you know the Bordeaux Convention Bureau? For more than 10 years, Invino Event has been a member of this network which facilitates the organization of professional events in Bordeaux. It is also a loyal customer, among the first to have tried our Virtual Tasting Workshop. Here’s a look back at a remote oenological event for the BCB, which brought together nearly 15 agencies and tour operators.

FUN TASTING: DISCOVERING BORDEAUX FROM A DISTANCE

At the end of April, the Bordeaux Convention Bureau called on Invino Event to host the afterwork of the Spring 2021 Workshop of Atout France Germany.

Faced with the impossibility of organizing this event in person, which traditionally brings together players in the German event and tourism industries, we had to think “virtual”!

The objective of this event was to make them discover the French partner destinations.

Thanks to our expertise in the German language, Invino Event was entrusted with the task of hosting the evening for some fifteen event agencies and tour operators from across the Rhine.

Hans led a Bordeaux wine tasting workshop from a distance: a fun and very friendly moment that the participants greatly appreciated.

WINE EVENTS THAT REMAIN IN THE MEMORY

Mandated by Atout France Germany, the BCB had to propose an evening animation that would offer conviviality and a feeling of reunion, despite the fact that the event was held remotely for all.

Knowing Invino Event well because they regularly entrusted us with the animation of their stands at foreign trade fairs or educ’tours organized in Bordeaux, the Convention Bureau turned to our workshop on wine in virtual format.

Last December, we had already organized a virtual animation to compensate for the cancellation of a physical educ’tour in Bordeaux.

What do the participants remember about these fun and interactive tastings, despite the distance?

A great conviviality, even behind their screens, and positive emotions!

INVINO EVENT: QUALITY SERVICE EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME

For the BCB, we regularly intervene in France and in Europe to animate tastings in different languages.

No matter the configuration or complexity of the event, accompanying the client towards a quality service is always a priority.

Prior to this virtual wine workshop, the Invino Event team had the beautiful wine boxes delivered to Germany.

The animation was planned on the Vimeet platform, with all the technical support behind it and two preliminary test sessions with the client to ensure that the workshop would run smoothly.

A mix of rigor and creativity allowed us to offer the participants a fun tasting experience and all the emotions that go with it!

We are proud to have contributed to the international influence of Bordeaux, in our own way, with an innovative animation that demonstrates the dynamism and adaptability of our beautiful region.
